The purchase of a service does not require the signing of a contract, nor that you activate any subscriptions.

If you decide to purchase a service, please bear in mind that I'm going to need from you a set of information necessary for its successful completion. I'm only going to ask you for the kind and quantity of information I actually need, and nothing more. I'm available to provide you with a detailed list in advance, in order for you to be able to decide whether to proceed with it or not.

 

To protect your right to a satisfactory service, I invoice you only at its completion, after the final result has been reached. In case of a specific service whose execution spans across an extended period of time, I might ask you for a payment in instalments: I'll notice you about that before the start of the service, also detailing when each instalment is going to be invoiced, its monetary amount and the intermediate result I'm assuming the responsibility to provide to you in exchange.

 

I undertake the responsibility to keep private the information you provide to me, and to not pass any of it onto 3rd parties other than those strictly necessary for the performing of the service (like, for instance: a notary in Estonia).

 

If you are not happy with my services, and decide to seek compensation in a court of law, the competent jurisdiction is the Republic of Estonia.

1. The present Privacy & Cookie Policy ("Policy") is meant for you to understand how InvEesti OÜ collects, uses, protects and otherwise handles information related to you. By using the website at www.inveesti.biz and its services, you consent to the privacy practices described in this section.

When using the website at www.inveesti.biz, information about yours are being indirectly collected by the third party owning either the web platform upon which this website is built, or the software applications InvEesti OÜ employs to provide the services. Such third parties may use the information collected from you to understand and save your preferences for future visits, in order to offer better site experience, and to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction. Therefore, you hereby give consent to the disclosure of your data also to the above-mentioned third parties, for the purposes provided in this Policy, and to law enforcement authorities when and only to the extent required by law.
